Piano keyboard stand works great; locks open or closed, add pool noodles with double sided tape to cushion top tubes. Besides myself, a friend with your same size Rebel uses one.

I bought a combo deal from Rcplanestands.com . They are not cheap but are well made and Glen really makes sure you are satisfied. The 30" tabletop stand will hold my EA Picaro as well as a 1/6 F-16. The Picaro maxes out in terms of wing chord so I don't know if it would work out for your rebel. I purchased the Ultimate combo and the floor stand is very versatile and with the wheels makes it easy to move a plane around the shop.

I had a RC Plane stand floor model, I just put it in the trash. It dropped three jets. The joints loosen up because the wood changes dimensions when the humidity changes. I really tightened the joints and there were impressions in the wood from the washers. I would try and check it regularly. But, even so when was working on my new Matrix early this month, the stand let go and the fuselage crashed to the ground. The fuselage was damaged. That really made me mad so I got rid of the thing. The other times it let go over night, the stand collapsed and the airplane hit the ground, each time damaging the air airplane.
The new folding stands from Banana Hobbies are really nice.

I've been using this stand from Glen for years, it is excellent, durarable and can hold a horse. I even bought the "twin boom" end to hold my Boomerang Sprint securely. I also have the table top stand from him that I use at the field to assemble my CARF Rebel Pro. If you're not from Australia, rcplanestands.com is your best and most economical choice.

gwillikers foam stands, contact him to see what you need but I think mine were like the tail gear ones:

I use them from the BDXs to the Rebel MAX. I place them on the ground and I can put the MAX together by myself and then extend the gear and roll away, same for taking it apart. I don't have any pics of doing this but it works and I am not a large human.

I really like this keyboard stand on wheels. The stand can be lengthened, shortened, each bar raised or lowered. And I really love being able to roll my jets from one room to another.
I use water pipe foam where the jet sits.
I use it for both my 1/5 &1/6th F-16’s
It works really well for flat bottom jets, such as the F-1, and my F-4.
Here is the link on Amazon.
